Eamil International was founded in 1999 in Kolkata's historic leather district — one of Asia's oldest and most respected centres of leather craft. What began as a small workshop with three artisans and a single product line has grown into a vertically integrated export facility serving buyers across six continents.

We are not a trading house. Every wallet stitched, every bag shaped, every glove cut — happens inside our own facility at 26, Topsia Road. That control is the source of our consistency, and consistency is what keeps international buyers returning season after season.

25 Years of Growth

1999

Founded in Kolkata

Established as a small leather goods workshop on Topsia Road with a focus on wallets for domestic retailers.

2004

First Export Order

Secured our first international order — 5,000 wallets to a UAE importer. Began building export infrastructure and documentation capabilities.

2009

ISO Certification

Achieved ISO 9001 certification, formalising quality management systems and opening doors to European and US retail chains.

2014

Safety Gloves Division

Launched industrial safety gloves manufacturing to serve construction and manufacturing sectors in Germany, UK, and Australia.

2019

New Production Facility

Expanded to a 28,000 sq ft dedicated manufacturing campus with 6 separate production lines and enhanced QC infrastructure.

2024
